RETURNS:

NEW PARTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL, UNINSTALLED CONDITION INCLUDING PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
ALL PARTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND CANNOT BE DISASSEMBLED OR INSTALLED.
RETURNS THAT ARE BACK AT MAZMART WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE QUALIFY FOR STORE CREDIT OF 100% PART PRICE OR, REFUND WITH 25% RE-STOCKING FEE.
RETURN SHIPPING IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILTY.

ALL PARTS MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED BY CERTIFIED MAZDA DEALERSHIP OR ASE CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
ANY APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THE INSTALLATION IS NOT PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED BY CERTIFIED MAZDA DEALERSHIP OR ASE CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY.
MAZDA FACTORY PARTS AND ACCESSORIES SOLD OUTSIDE THE US OR FOR A VEHICLE THAT THEY WERE NOT INTENDED FOR ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY.
YOU MUST PROVIDE COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT, REPAIR FACILITY INSTALLATION RECEIPT, VIN NUMBER, AND MILEAGE WHEN NEEDING WARRANTY ASSISTANCE.
